Judgment
Operative part
Perused the case diary in connection with Kalgachia PS Case No.272/2012 register ed under Section 498(A) IPC, as produced by learned Addl. P.P. On perusal of the case diary, it appears that the accused petitioner is not making serious attemp t to bring the informant wife back home. It further appears that the informant wife is also not very keen to return to the house of the accused to live peacefu lly as husband and wife. The allegation of making some demands in the form of mo ney is not found baseless. However, the chance of reconciliation between the inf ormant and the accused is not closed. In the interest of facilitating amicable settlement between the parties, the int erim bail order dated 26.9.2012 is made absolute on condition that the accused p etitioner, within 15 days from today, shall make fresh effort to bring the infor mant wife home, if necessary, with the help of elderly persons from both the par ties. If the attempt for amicable settlement fails, the accused petitioner shall appea r before the I/O concerned once in a week for a period of four months from 29.10 .2012. Petition stands disposed of.
