1.07 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.5871/07. On perusal of the aforesaid interim order, it transpires that the interi m order was to continue till the next date fixed, i.e. 19.12.07. Life of the int erim order was only up to 19.12.07 and its life came to an end on 19.12.07. Ther e is nothing on record to show that the interim order had been extended. In view of the above, this Misc. Case stands disposed of as infructuous.
