In view of above, the Tribunal is directed to refund the entire amount of Rs.25 ,000/- as deposited in the Tribunal, to the appellant-applicant, Oriental Insura nce Company Ltd. forthwith. With this direction, this Misc. case stands disposed of. Needless to say, this direction is to be read with the judgment and order dated 22.06.2012 as passed in MAC App. No.112/2010 by this Court.
