This application filed under Order I Rule 10(2) of the CPC for impleadment of th e applicant as one of the respondent in the connected appeal. This Court has appraised the averments made in the petition. There is no opposit ion from the parties in the appeal and as such, the applicant namely, Smt. Anita Pachani is impleaded as the respondent No. 3 in the appeal being MAC App. No. 1 89 of 2006. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the applicant namely, Smt. Anita Pachani with necessary description as available in this application in the caus e title. Appellant is directed to furnish a copy of the memorandum of appeal to Mr. M.
