Heard Mr A Ahmed, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr BS Sinha , the learned Addl. PP. This is an application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. for granting pre-arrest bail to the petit ioner who apprehends that she would be arrested by the Police in connection with Juria PS Case No.167/09 corresponding to GR Case No.2124/09. U/S 498(A)/306/34 IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the charge sheet has already been submitted before the trial Court and as the petitioner is a woman, she may be allowed to surrender before the trial Court to apply for regular bail and tha t some 10 days may be granted to enable her to surrender and she may also be giv en limited protection till she surrender before the trial Court. As the charge s heet has already been submitted, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within 10 days from today and apply for regular bail, which shal l be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law. For the next 10 days, in the event of arrest, the petitioner will be released on bail on her executing a PR bond of Rs.50, 000/- with one surety of the like amo unt to the satisfaction of the arresting authorities.
