This application under section 438 Cr.P.C. is for granting pre-arrest ba il to the petitioner, namely, Sri Suresh Chandra Kalita, who apprehends that he is likely to be arrested by the Police in connection with Bharalumukh P.S. Case No. 466/2012 under sections 420/406/506/384/468/34 IPC. On going through the FIR, which is annexed at Annexure 1 to the bail app lication, I am prima facie of the view that the complaint is essentially a dispu te of contractual nature, which can be best agitated before a civil court of com petent jurisdiction. In the result, the petitioner, namely, Sri Suresh Chandra K alita, in the event of his arrest, shall be released on bail on executing a P.R. Bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority
