15.02.2022. By filing this petition under Section 438 of the CrPC, the three petitioners namely Danda Dhar Deka, Hareswar Rajbongshi and Naba Prasad Bordoloi have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Noonmati P.S. Case No.614/2021, under Sections 293/323/354/447/506/34 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for both sides and perused the record. On instruction, Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent has submitted that in the present case, the charge sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No.285/2021, dated 18.12.2021 before the learned trial Court. In view of above, interim bail is hereby made absolute. The petitioners will appear before the learned trial Court, after receipt of summons from the Court. The petition stands disposed of.
