Heard Mr. U. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr . B. B. Gogoi, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. This is an application filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.PC praying for granting pre-arrest bail in connection with Panbazar P. S. Case No. 187/2013 under Sections 420/468/34 of the IPC. Case Diary is produced before this Court as was called for. I have gone through the same. Having perused the Case Diary, I am of the opinion that custodial interr ogation of the petitioner is necessary. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. Return the case diary. Case is disposed of.
