Page No.# 2/2 During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instructions submitted that police after investigation of said Kachumara P.S. Case No. 23/2023 has already submitted the charge-sheet on 31.07.2023 vide Charge-Sheet No. 29/2023. In view of the above, the petitioner shall approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Kachumara P.S. Case No. 23/2023.
