HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE P.K.MUSAHARY Heard Mr. S.M,Mollah, learned counsel for the accused/petitioner and Mrs. B.Saik ia, learned Addl. P.P,Assam who has produced the C.D in connection with Azara P .S. Case No. 69/2012 U/S 325/302 IPC. On perusal of the C.D, I find that the accused/petitioner is not involved. In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused /petitioner Shri Debasish Chakravorty @ Chandan Chakravorty in connection with t he aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail of Rs. 30,000/- with one local s urety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority on condi tion that he shall appear before the I.O within 10 days from today for recording his statement.
