19.06.2023 Heard Mr. R. Sensua, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be well advised to file an application under Order XXI Rules 97, 99, 100 & 101 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before the Executing Court, and as such, he submits that he may be permitted to Page No.# 4/4 withdraw the instant petition with a liberty to approach the Executing Court.

The said submission is duly noted and this Court, therefore, closes the instant petition on withdrawal.
