This is an application made under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioners, namely, 1) Subhash Chandra Das, 2) Nur Jamal, 3) Rahim Ahmed a nd 4) Nasir Islam, in connection with Gossaigaon Police Station Case No. 15 of 2 011, under Sections 420/465/34 IPC. Perused the above application and materials on record. Heard Mr. M. U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. B. S. Sinha , learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. In view of the fact that the perusal of the case diary reveals sufficient incrim inating materials against the accused-petitioners, their prayer for pre-arrest b ail is hereby rejected. The interim directions for pre-arrest bail passed, in th is case, on 25.03.2011, shall accordingly stand vacated. The bail application stands disposed of in terms of the above observations and d irections.
