30.06.2022. By filing this petition under Section 439 of the CrPC, petitioner Md. Suksan Ali @ Shuk Chan Ali has prayed for releasing him on regular bail in connection with the Mukalmua P.S. Case No.215/2022 (corresponding to G.R. No.524/2022), under Section 395 of the IPC. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record. The petitioner was apprehended on 29.04.2022, on the allegation of committing robbery and Page No.# 2/2 robed an amount of Rs.51,000/- from the informant along with five other persons. No any stolen article was recovered from the accused person and as it transpires, nothing more serious remains to be investigated. Considering all the above and the length of detention, the accused petitioner, named above is allowed to go on regular bail of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalbari, in connection with the Mukalmua P.S.
