Page No.# 2/2 The petitioner has filed an application under section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the impugned order dated 29.11.2022 passed by the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (M) in PRC Case No.1336/2021 by issuing NBWA and P&A against the accused/petitioner. Heard Mr. K.K. Das, learned Addl. PP, appearing for the State. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he did not intentionally or deliberately evad appearance before the trial Court. The petitioner is willing to cooperate with the trial. The orders of the learned trial Court from the date of taking cognizance till the date of issuance of NBWA and P&A is appended herein as Annexure-C, D, E and F. I have considered the submissions at the bar. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court within 10 (ten) days and cooperate with the trial. Till then, the enforcement of the P&A and the execution of the NBWA are kept in abeyance. In terms of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
