19.04.2022. By filing this 2nd petition under Section 438 of the CrPC, the four petitioners, namely, (1) Dilip Kr. Deb, (2) Prasenjit Saha, (3) Ajoy Saha and (4) Susmita Deb have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with the Hajo P.S. Case No.589/2021, registered under Sections 120(B)/420/468/471 of the IPC. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record and documents annexed. During the course of passing the order in previous pre-arrest bail petition, preferred by the present set of petitioners vide A.B. No.326/2022, dated 10.03.2022, this Court has elaborately gone through the materials in the case diary and finding complicity of petitioners, bail prayer was rejected. There being no any new and cogent ground to re-visit the earlier order, the present petition stands dismissed, at the motion stage itself. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
