Case No.268/2022, under Section 120(B)/121/121(A) of the IPC read with Section 17/18/18(B)/19/20 UA(P) Act, read with Section 12(I) (C) of Passport Act, 1967, read with Section 14(A)(b) of Foreigners Act, 1946, the same has subsequently been transferred on 23.03.2022 to the NIA Court being NI Case No. 02/2022. Under the changed circumstances, Shri R. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this application and approach the appropriate forum. for.
