Judgment
Operative part
The allegation made against the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted false completion certificates regarding the houses of IAY scheme and that on the basis of such false completion certificates money sanctioned towards the construction of the houses was released. FIR has been lodged by the conce rned BDO, Bilasipara Development Block, Raniganj. The BDO aforesaid clearly sta ted that the petitioner misguided him for releasing the fund. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering th e evidence so far collected by the I.O., as well as the nature of the allegation brought against the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that it is not a fit case to extend the benefit of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer f or bail stands rejected. Return the case diary.
