and damaged his belongings. From the C.D. it appears that the petitioner has already appeared before the I.O . and his statement has been recorded. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a headmaster of a local school and that he is in no way involved with the alleg ed offence. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and considering entire aspect of the matter , I find no necessity for custodial interrogation or detention of the petitioner. Accordingly, the interim order dated 16.11.2012, is made absolute subject to con dition that the petitioner shall appear before the I.O. within 7 days and on suc h other dates as may be so required for the purpose of investigation. With the above direction, the bail application is disposed of. Return the C.D.
