HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE P K MUSAHARY Heard Mr. S.Munir, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. B S Sinh a, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam , who has produced the case diary. I h ave perused the same. The accused petitioner, Sri Pradip Choudhury was present at the time of execution of the Sale Deed but there is no such material to show that he had an y involvement in the incident of kidnapping. In view of the above, in the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection w ith Basistha P.S.Case No.726/2011 registered u/s 365/34 IPC, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with one local surety of the li ke amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority in connection with th e aforesaid P.S.Case. Petitioner is directed to appear before the I.O.concerned within seven days from today for recording his statements. A B stands disposed of.
