This is an application, made under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioners, namely, Sri Pranay Kr. Rabha and Sri Biswajit Rabha, in conn ection with Palashbari Police Station Case No.65/2010 under Sections 147/447/448 /427/436/379/506 IPC. Perused the above application and materials on record. Perused also the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. K. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. VS Sin gh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available in the case diary against the petitioners, the prayer for pre-arrest bail, made by the petit ioners, is hereby rejected. The interim directions for pre-arrest bail, passed, in this case, on 03.
