Heard Mr. S Parashar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. BS Sin ha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is the second application under section 438 of the Cr.P.C. which has been f iled by accused petitioner namely, Nazrual @ Nazrul Islam seeking pre-arrest bai l apprehending his arrest in connection with Tamarhat Police Station Case No. 9 4 of 2010 under sections 120(B) / 406/ 468/ 419/ 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code . I do not find any new ground to grant anticipatory bail. The earlier bail prayer was rejected on 09.02.2011 in AB No. 248 of 2011 after perusal of the case diar y. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
