03.04.2024 None appears for the applicant on call. Mr. PJ Saikia, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent. The instant application was listed on 15.03.2024 on that day also the applicant was not present, for which this Court fixed the matter today by categorically observing that if the applicant is not represented on the next date, this Court would pass appropriate orders. As the applicant is not represented today, this Court dismisses this application for condonation of delay. Consequent to the dismissal of the instant application, the connected appeal so filed under Section 384 of the Indian Succession Act 1925 which is yet to be registered cannot be entertained as the same is barred by limitation.
