By this application, the applicant is praying for impleadment as party respondent No.7 in WP(C)/55/2023 on the ground that if any order is passed in the writ petition, it would have an effect on the applicant and therefore, he is required to be made a necessary party. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objections. This Court has also perused the cause shown in the present I.A and is satisfied. Accordingly the prayer for impleadment is allowed.
