Both Mr. B D Konwar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also Mr. B S S inha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State are heard at length. The question to be considered now is whether the interim bail granted to the pet itioner namely, Md. Aktar Ali @ Md. Aftar Hussain in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 759/ 2013 under Section 366 IPC (G. R. No. 3625/2013) should be made a bsolute or not. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor referring to the Case Diary submits that th e parties have amicably settled the dispute and are now waiting for the police t o return the case in F.R. In view of this development of the case, custodial int errogation of the petitioner is not called for. The interim bail is hereby made absolute. Resultantly, the petitioner is allowed to remain on bail with his prev ious bail bond.
