Ms Deka, learned SC, PWD, submits that similar nature of cases have alre ady been disposed by different Benches of this Court in terms of the decision re ndered by the Full Bench of this Court reported in 2008 (IV) GLT 1, wherein some conditions are stipulated to be observed by the authority before releasing any final bill claimed by individual contractor. She further submits that this case may also be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid Full Bench judgment. Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to t he respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid judgment of the Full Bench within three months from the date of receipt of a ce rtified copy f this order. In case the claim of the petitioner cannot be granted within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy f this order, the reasons thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner. With the observations and directions this writ petition stands disposed of.
