In the interlocutory application, the petitioner has sought for following relief:

Stay the operation of the release order dated 29.12.2021 and any consequent action thereto and/or.

Direct the respondent authority consider the application of the application dated 21.12.2021 thereby allowing her to stay at Karbi Anglong i.e. present place of posting till consideration of her application of voluntary retirement. When the matter is listed today the learned CGC has furnished the order dated 25.01.2022 issued by the Office of the Commandant, 232 (M) BN CRPF, Salboni Pashchim Medinipur stating that the petitioner has reported to the above mentioned office and accordingly, the petitioner has been taken on the strength of that unit/office from the date of her date of reporting. In the said order the petitioner’s name appears at Sl. 6 and her joining date is reflected as 12.01.2022. Page No.# 5/5 In view of the order dated 25.01.2022, it is submitted by the learned CGC that the I.A.(Civil) No.16/2022 has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly admits that the I.A. has become infructuous and it may be closed.
