With the consent of the parties, the petitions are taken up for final disposal. In the captioned petitions, the only grievance of the petitioners is that their representation are not being disposed of as directed by this court vide order dated 27.04.2012 passed in WP (C) 2466/2012. Learned counsel for the parties also inform me that an identical issue which is subject matter of the representations filed by the petitioners before me is, pending • adjudication in WP (C) 4026/20 1 1 before FIon'ble Mr .Justice Sunil Gaur. Mr. Birbal submits that the said writ petitions are coming up for hearing before I-Ion'b!e Mr. Justice Sunil Gaur on 03.10.2012. He further submits that the respondents shall abide by the decision in WP (C) 4026/2011. The said decision shall also apply to the pending representations made by the petitioners before me. (cid:9)This statement is, however, subject to the respondents not availing of remedy of appeal in case the decision in WP (C) WP(C) 645/2012, WP(C) 649/2012 & WP(C) 651/2012(cid:9) Page 2 of3 4026/2011 is rendered against the interest of the respondents.
