These writ petitions have been filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- W.P.(C) 19295/2025 “(a) Issue Writ of Certiorari quashing of the withdrawal order dated 04.06.2025 issued by the Respondent No.02; withdrawing recognition of This is a digitally signed order. No. 714 of colleges where stipulated time period of 15 days is over and the institution has not submitted any reply, Vide which the Recognition of Petitioner’s Institution for the D.El.Ed. course was withdrawn with effect from the Academic Year 2025–2026; AND; b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent no. 2 to restore the recognition of the petitioner institution for conducting the D.El.Ed. course commencing from the academic year 2025–2026 and all subsequent academic sessions; AND; c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent to enable the petitioner institution to participate in the counselling process and admit students to the D.El.Ed. course.” W.P.(C) 19322/2025 “A) To recall the decision taken by the NRC(R-2), NCTE, in its 461st meeting (Vol II) held on 22nd & 23rd May, 2025 whereby the recognition granted to the petitioner college was withdrawn and restore the recognition granted to the petitioner institution. B) To allow the petitioner institution to admit the students in the Course of D.EL.ED for the academic session of 2025-2026 which is to commence from Dec 2025. C) To provide a way to enable the petitioner institution to file the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) as desired by the respondents.” This is a digitally signed order. Issue notice. 5. Mr. Anuj Kapoor, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. 6. Learned counsels for the respective parties are ad idem that cases of the Petitioners are covered on all four corners by judgment of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being W.P.(C) 5369/2025, delivered on 15.12.2025. 7. Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed holding that the directions passed by the Court in paragraphs 12 to 16 in judgment dated 15.12.2025 will apply to the cases of the Petitioners, including the direction to permit the Petitioners to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-2026. 8.
