Prepone the hearing of the present Writ Petition and list the matter before the Hon'ble Vacation Bench on an urgent basis before 02.01.2025; b. Pass a scorecard order, as has been done in similar matters (W.P.(C) 11630/2025 and W.P.(C) 11595/2025), directing Respondent No. 3 (NBEMS) to treat the order of this Hon'ble Court as the NEET UG 2019 scorecard of the Petitioner and dispense with the requirement of furnishing the physical scorecard for the FMGE December 2025 session and future FMGE examinations; c. Direct Respondent No. 3 (NBEMS) to process the Petitioner's FMGE application bearing Application No. FMGE25232213 and issue the admit card based on the order of this Hon'ble Court; This is a digitally signed order. It is stated that an affidavit dated 26.12.2025 has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1, i.e., the National Testing Agency, however, the same is not reflected on the record. A copy of the said affidavit has been handed over during the course of hearing and is taken on record. Paragraph 17 of the said affidavit is reproduced as under – “17. That as per the database available with the respondent, the details of the petitioner having mentioned her complete details with correct application umber and/or roll number is produced herein below: CANDIDATE NAME SUHANA K N FATHER NAME NASEER K A DATE OF BIRTH 29/05/2000 APPLICATION NUMBER 190410089721 ROLL NUMBER 281201420 CATEGORY OBC (NCL) TOTAL MARKS 472 TOTAL PERCENTILE 95.2119255 NEET RANK 67390 YEAR 2019 QUALIFIED OR NOT QUALIFIED QUALIFIED 3. The aforesaid paragraph of the affidavit discloses the total marks obtained, the corresponding percentile, as well as the NEET-UG 2019 rank of the petitioner. 4. The petitioner has placed reliance on the orders dated 11.11.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 11630/2025 and This is a digitally signed order. The relevant portion of the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 11630/2025 is reproduced hereinbelow - “3. I have perused the details furnished by NTA, which are as follows:- 4. Indisputably, similar orders have been passed by this Court and there is no reason to deny the reliefs sought by the Petitioner. Accordingly, NBEMS is directed to treat this order as scorecard of NEET (UG), 2019 Examination in respect of the Petitioner and consequently, requirement on part of the Petitioner to furnish scorecard for the FMGE December-2025 Session as also for future FMGE is dispensed with. Needless to state that in case Petitioner applies for FMGE henceforth, this order will be considered as compliance of the pre-condition of providing the scorecard.” 5. The relevant portion of the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 11595/2025 is reproduced hereinbelow – “3. I have perused the details furnished by NTA, which are as follows:- 4. Indisputably, similar orders have been passed by this Court and there is no reason to deny the reliefs sought by the Petitioners. Accordingly, NBEMS is directed to treat this order as scorecard of NEET (UG), 2019 Examination in respect of the Petitioners and consequently, requirement This is a digitally signed order. During the course of hearing, the attention of this Court has also been drawn to an order dated 26.12.2025 passed by this Court CM APPL. 82372/2025 filed in W.P.(C) 19183/2025. Order dated 26.12.2025 is reproduced as under – “1. The present application has been filed seeking direction to respondent no.2/NTA to forthwith provide NEET-2019 Exam Scorecard of the applicant/petitioner. 2. The counter-affidavit on behalf of respondent no.2/NTA is stated to have been filed, however, the same is not on record. A copy of the counteraffidavit has been handed over across the Bar, the same is taken on record. Paragraph 8 of the said affidavit reads thus: “8. That as per the database available with the respondent, the details of the petitioners having his Application Number and Roll Number mentioned above are produced in a tabular format for easement below: CANDIDATE NAME ANKIT FATHER NAME VEER BHAN DATE OF BIRTH 10/10/1999 YEAR OF EXAM 2019 ROLL NUMBER 230206507 APPLICATION NUMBER 190411225986 CATEGORY UR TOTAL MARKS 134 TOTAL PERCENTILE 50.0737548 NEET RANK 700069 QUALIFIED OR NOT QUALIFIED QUALIFIED 3. As evident, the above quoted paragraph from the affidavit provides This is a digitally signed order. Having considered the aforesaid orders passed by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court, as well as paragraph 17 of the counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 1, respondent no. 3 (NBEMS) is directed to treat the affidavit filed by the National Testing Agency, together with the present order, as the NEET-UG 2019 scorecard of the petitioner for all relevant purposes. 8.
