4. The prayer no.3 is in relation to FIR bearing no.171/2023, 279/2023 and 60/2024 lodged at Police Station Baba Haridass Nagar. It has been prayed that some independent administrative inquiry be ordered to be constituted to inquire into the said FIRs. 5. On a perusal of the prayer clauses as extracted above, what we find is that the petition has raised multiple issues and, therefore, it does not appear to be possible for this Court to adjudicate the issues raised in the petition. 6. Accordingly, we provide that in respect of prayers (1) and (2) as extracted above, the petitioner shall approach the authorities concerned by way of making representation within a fortnight from today and in case any such representation is made, the same shall be attended to by the authorities concerned, who shall also take appropriate action which may be warranted under law for redressal of the grievances which might be raised by the petitioner in his representation to be made under this order. 7. As regards prayer clause (3), we are afraid we cannot grant any such prayer as has been made in the petition. The petitioner is not the complainant in these First Information Reports and, therefore, in our opinion, at his instance the prayers made in the petition cannot be granted. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. DEVENDRA KUMAR UPADHYAYA, CJ TUSHAR RAO GEDELA, J DECEMBER 24, 2025/S.Rawat
