In the present matters notice is yet to be issued, since on the request of learned counsel for the parties, the matter had been referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. O R D E R % 04.12.2025 2. Mediation Report dated 14th3. The present petitions have been filed with respect to the unauthorized construction in the area bearing no. Block AB, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, with further directions to respondent nos. 1 to 5, to stop the illegal running of the IVF fertility centre/clinic under the name of “Veramed”, which is alleged to be against the provisions of Master Plan, of Delhi, 2021. October, 2025 has been received, as per which, the mediation ended as ‘not settled’. 4. After some arguments, attention of this Court is brought to the order dated 03rd“xxx xxx xxx 3. November, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 16614/2025, titled as Mayank Ahuja Versus Delhi Medical Council & Ors., the relevant portions of which, are extracted as follows: After some hearing, with consent of the parties, the controversy between the petitioner and respondent nos.3 and 4 stands resolved in the following terms: (i) The respondent nos.3 and 4 tenders an apology to the petitioner for the unfortunate incident that took place on 12.04.2025, without prejudice to its version of events, and with a view to arrive at a closure of the matter. (ii) In view of the aforesaid, it is agreed that the petitioner and respondent nos.3 and 4 will withdraw all the proceedings/ complaints (both civil and criminal, including proceedings before quasi judicial authorities) filed by them qua each other. Let the same be done within a period of 3 weeks from today. This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 submits that the said respondents are willing to withdraw their writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) 12352/2025. (iv) It is further agreed that the petitioner and the respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall maintain a cordial behaviour with each other. The respondent no. 3 and 4 shall not prevent the petitioner from parking his vehicle in the public road in the vicinity of the respondents’ property. At the same time, the petitioner shall also endeavour to ensure that the parking of his vehicle does not pose any impediment to the ingress and egress of the visitors/patients who are to visit the facility of respondent nos. 3 and 4. xxx xxx xxx” (Emphasis Supplied) 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners in CONT.CAS(C) 1614/2025 and W.P.(C) 7751/2025, submits that the petitioner is also willing to withdraw the said writ petitions, however, he submits that though the aforesaid order dated 03rd7. He submits that Dr. Deepika Jagga was not present on that day and that apology on her behalf has not been recorded. November, 2025 in W.P.(C) 16614/2025 records apology on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4, however, only Mr. Vineet Sethia was present that day. 8. At this stage, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 extends apology on behalf of Dr. Deepika Jagga also. 9.
