O R D E R 04.02.2025 % I.A. 2996/2025 1. This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 1(4) CPC on behalf of the Plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit.

The application states that the Plaintiff does not want to pursue the suit and prays that a quietus be given to the disputes between the parties.
