The application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 6529/2025 and CM APPL. 29691/2025 (for directions) 1. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that despite orders dated 28.01.2025 and 27.02.2025, by which earlier writ petitions filed by the petitioner were withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petitions, the present writ petition also suffers from defects in the memo of parties, averments, prayers, and even the vakalatnama. 2. Consequently, the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 12.08.2025. 7.The petitioner has not sought recall of the order dated 12.08.2025, but instead filed the present writ petition for substantially similar relief. The writ petition bears the date of 02.07.2025 and carries the specific endorsement that no similar petitions were filed in any other Court. 8.Curiously, the affidavit verifying this petition is dated 19.03.2025, whereas the documents and the accompanying application are verified by This is a digitally signed order. The documents annexed to the application include the documents of the year 2025. 9.It is evident that this writ petition has been filed in abuse of the process of the Court. If the petitioner wishes to take steps in respect of the order dated 12.08.2025, he may file an application seeking restoration of W.P.(C) 6529/2025, which may be considered on its own merit.
