following prayers:-
i. Kindly set aside the order dated 21.12.2023 passed by Ld ASJ- 02 in FIR No. 142/2023 to the extent of supplying the copy of FIR to accused. ii. Pass any other order/s which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper to meet the ends of justice;
