The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- “a) Cognizance may please be taken and the proceedings be initiated against the respondent/contemnor in accordance with law for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 17.02.2023 of this Hon’ble Court thereby committing Contempt of Court. c) Direct the respondents/contemnors to appear in person before this Hon’ble Court and answer to the contentions raised in the present petition. It is most respectfully submitted that the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Hon’ble Court alleging the violation of the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by this Hon’ble Court in the writ petition titled as ’Rajan vs NDMC’ (WP.(C) 3376/2022). 2. It is further submitted that vide order dated 14.12.2023 in the present petition, this Hon’ble Court has impleaded Deputy Director, Horticulture as respondent No. 3. for the removal of garbage in the park/playground shown at page 20 of the petition. 3. 1t is humbly submitted that the above mentioned park is situated at / Mangolpuri khurd, Mangolpuri, Delhi, 110083, and within the jurisdiction of Deputy Director, Horticulture, Robini Zone. 4. It is respectfully submitted that in compliance with the order dated 17.02.2023 in the above mentioned writ petition and order dated 14.12.2023 in the present petition, the park has been trenched with the help of the tractor. The park has been cleaned, leveled & improved by the field staff of the Horticulture Department, Rohini Zone. (The photograph of the park has been annexed and marked ’as ’ANNEXURE A’) This is a digitally signed order. 5. Vide order dated 20.08.2025, the petitioner was given opportunity to place on record photographs, contradicting the aforesaid status report. 6.
