Pass ad-interim ex-parte orders in terms of the prayers prayed;” 2.On 18.07.2025, this Court gave a suggestion to the parties to explore the possibility of amicable settlement of disputes. To facilitate the same, this Court suggested the name of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Virmani, learned Senior Advocate, and with the consent of the parties, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Virmani, learned Senior Advocate, was appointed as the Mediator. 3.With the efforts of the learned Mediator, the parties have entered into the Settlement Agreement dated 17.12.2025.
