They a-re neighbours of vijay Narain Mehrotra. on some trivial issue, a quarrel took place between them which led to registration of FIR No. 43 I 2OO3 under sections 3841 506 / 34 IPC at Police Station Bhajanpura, on the complaint of Vijay Narain Mehrotra' Hans Raj Bansal had also approacLred. the police for registration of FIR against Vrjay Narain Mehrotra, his son and son-in-law, namely, Mr' Saurabtr Mehrotra and Mr. Rajesh Verma. However, FIR was not registered by the police. Accordingly, Hans Raj Bansal filed a complaint under section 200 cr.P.c. against vg'ay Narain Mehrotra, Mr. Saurabh Mehrotra'and Mr. Rajesh verma. Now, both the parties have settled their disputes amicably being neighbours, inasmuch as, they want to maintain harmonious relations in future. By the abovenoted petitions, both the parties have approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR as also the complaint case. Keeping in mind, that parties have settled their disputes amicably, in the larger interest FIR No. 43l2OO3 under Sections 384/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Bhajanpura and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom as well as the complaint case titled "Hans Raj Bansal vs. Vtjay Narain Mehrotra & Ors" a-re quashed.
