RAVINDRA BIIAT Vo ORDER 25.09.2007 r '+ Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the contempt proceedings in this case being the dismissal of the petitioner's appeal in LPA No.73212002 as well as the dismissal of the review petition, of the Gaon Sabha being Review Petition No.28712004 is pending on the file of this court. Contempt Case No. 65712004 is scheduled for hearing on 8.I0.200i. Mr. yadav further submitted that the respondents No.4 and 5 have no objection if the petitioners move an application for appropriate orders in the said contempt proceedings. In view of the above statement learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this contempt petition and approach in Contempt Case No.657/2004 with appropriate application for directions in accordadce with law. D The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn but in the above terms. The interim orders are hereby vacated.
