B. Award costs in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents; and C. Learned counsel for DDA submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 27.01.2020 had passed an order in a similar petition and DDA has no objection if the same order is passed in the present writ petitions as well. 3. Accordingly, these writ petitions along with pending applications are disposed of without entering into the merits of the cases with the following directions:- i. It will be open to the Petitioners to make representations to DDA within four weeks from today. On receipt of the representations, DDA will decide the same not later than six weeks from the date of receipt after affording personal hearing to the authorized representatives of the Petitioners. ii. Pending the consideration by DDA, the operation of the impugned challans shall remain stayed. iii. In case the decision is in favour of the Petitioners, the challans will be withdrawn. If the decision is otherwise i.e., against the interest of the Petitioners, DDA will pass speaking orders and communicate the same to the Petitioners.
