During the course of hearing, respective counsel for the parties inform that the vacancy in the post of Member (Technical) in Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) has been filled up. Consequently, there is necessary coram for hearing the pending appeal/s of the petitioner. 2. Vide order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this Court, it was noticed that This is a digitally signed order. As such, it is open to the petitioner to pursue its complaint/s before the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) and its appeal/s before the APTEL. 4. In the aforesaid circumstance, no further orders are required to be passed in the present proceedings, except to relegate the petitioner to the concerned forums for pursuing its complaints and/or pending appeals. 5. These petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 6. Learned counsel for the Haryana City Gast Distribution Limited (HCGDL) submits that it shall continue to remain bound with its statement as recorded in Paragraph 5 of the order dated 09.05.2025 ( also reiterated on 22.05.2025), till the matter is considered by APTEL or PNGRB. 7. At this stage, respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that the appeal before APTEL has been pending for an inordinately long period, and the same is required to be heard and decided expeditiously.
