Pass a decree of Declaration thereby declaring the Will dated 17/12/2014 (registered vide Registration No. 649 in Book No. 3 Volume no. 28 on page no. 14 to 15 on this date 16/04/2015 with Sub-registrar- IIB: Janakpuri: Delhi) as null and void and sham document as the same was never executed by Sh. Parshottam Lal Bajaj and further also declaring that the said Will dated 17/12/2014 as bad in law and is not binding upon the rights of the Plaintiffs in the estate/properties owned and left by Sh. Parshottam Lal Bajaj. B. Pass a decree of Declaration thereby declaring the Gift Deed dated 05/03/2015 (registered vide Registration no. 2960 in Book No. 1 Volume no. 448 on page 138 to 145 on dated 05/03/2015 before the Sub-registrar- llB; .lanakpuri: Delhi) as null and void and is not binding upon the rights, title and interest of the Plaintiffs in the property/Flat bearing no. 176-A, Ground Floor, Rajouri Garden, Near Subhash Nagar Chowk, New Delhi- 27 ad measuring 86.2 sq. meters and cancel the said false and frivolous Gift Deed dated 05/03/2015 being bad in law. C. Pass a decree of Declaration thereby declaring the Gift Deed dated 12/03/2015 (registered vide Registration no. 1963 in Book No. 1 Volume no. 22195 on page 34 to 40 on dated 12/03/2015 before the Sub-registrar- II: Basai Darapur: Delhi) as null and void and is not binding upon the rights, title and interest of the Plaintiffs in the property/house bearing no. Pass a decree of Declaration thereby declaring the Sale Deed dated 15/10/2015 (registered vide Registration no. 15232 in Book No. 1 Volume no. 908 on page 168 to 174 on dated 15/10/2015 before the Sub-registrar- IIB: Janakpuri: Delhi) as null and void and is not binding upon the rights, title and interest of the Plaintiffs in the property/ Flat bearing no. 176-A, Ground Floor, Rajouri Garden, Near Subhash Nagar Chowk, New Delhi- 27 ad-measuring 86.2 sq. meters and cancel the said false and frivolous Sale Deed dated 15/10/2015 being bad in law. E. Pass a Decree of Possession in favour of the Plaintiffs by eviction of the Defendant No. 4 and 5 from the property/ Flat bearing no. 176-A, Ground Floor, Rajouri Garden, Near Subhash Nagar Chowk, New Delhi-27 ad- measuring 86.2 sq. meters and handover the possession of the said flat/property to the Plaintiffs (as per Site Plan). F. Pass a Decree of Possession in favour of the Plaintiffs by eviction of the Defendant No. 3 from the property/house bearing no. WZ-99 (Plot no. 125), Vishnu Garden, New Delhi ad measuring 69.39 sq. meters and handover the possession of the said flat/property to the Plaintiffs, (as per Site Plan) G. Pass a Deeree of Possession in favour of the Plaintiffs by eviction of the Defendant No. 1 from the property/farm land bearing no. B-llA/B at Village Nangli Sakhpur, Near Greater Noida, U.P. and handover the possession of the said farm/property to the Plaintiffs. to 3 to render all H. Pass a decree of rendition of account thereby directing the Defendant No. 1 the wrongful benefits/gains/earnings taken/availed/earned by them from selling, disposing-off, alienating etc. the properties (both immovable and movable including securities, deposits, shares etc.) owned and left by Sh. Parshottam Lal Bajaj. I. Pass a decree of Mandatory Injunction thereby directing the Defendant No. 1 to disclose the details of all the properties (both immovable and movable properties including poultry Farm at Gurgaon, Haryana and Plot at Faridabad, Haryana, securities, deposits, shares, lockers etc.) along- with all the necessary original ownership/chain of title documents left by Sh. Parshottam Lal Bajaj and further handover the possession of the said properties to the Plaintiffs. J. Pass a decree of Mandatory Injunction thereby directing/mandating the Defendant No. 1to 3to file the detailed Affidavit showing their incomes from all sources, assets, deposits, properties purchased etc. for the period from 2014 to 2018 along-with all the necessary documents including Bank Account details. Pass a decree of Mandatory Injunction thereby directing/ mandating the Defendant No. 6 to 17 to transfer/ give/ handover all the Bank deposits, savings. Lockers, Pension Account etc. owned and left by Sh. Parshottam Lal Bajaj, to the Plaintiffs. M. Pass a decree of Mandatory Injunction thereby directing/ mandating the Defendant No. 7to begin/start Family Pension of the Plaintiff No. 2 being the widow/wife of the deceased Sh. Parshottam Lal Bajaj (PPO No. 694618800143). N. Pass a decree of Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendant No. 4 and 5 from selling, transferring, disposing off, alienating, burdening the property by creating the third party rights or interest in the property/flat/ house i.e. Flat bearing no. 176-A, Ground Floor, Rajouri Garden, Near Subhash Nagar Chowk, NewDelhi-27 ad-measuring 86.2 sq. meters. O. Pass a decree of Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendant No. 1 to 3 from selling, transferring, disposing off, alienating, burdening the property by creating the third party rights or interest in the property/house bearing no. WZ-99 (Plot no. 125), Vishnu Garden, New Delhi ad- measuring 69.39 sq. meters. P. Pass a decree of Permanent Injunction restraining the Defendant No. 1 to 3 from selling, transferring, disposing off, alienating, burdening the property by creating the third party rights or interest in the properties [including (I) Farm Land bearing no. BllA/ B at Village Nangli Sakhpur, Near Greater Noida, UP, (2) Poultry Farm at Gurgaon, Haryana and (3) Plot at Faridabad, Haryana] left by Sh. Parshattam Lal Bajaj. Q. Pass a money decree of Rs. 76,80,294/- (Rupees Seventy Six Lakh Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Four only) against the Defendant No. 3, 6 and 8 and in favour of the Plaintiffs along-with interest @18% per annum from the date of filing the present suit till its realization. R. Pass a money decree of Rs. 31,21,797/- (Rupees Thirty One Lakh Twenty One Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Seven only) against the Defendant No. 3and in favour of the Plaintiffs along with interest @ 18% per annum from 09/04/2016 till its realization. S. Pass a money decree of Rs. 10,35,600/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred only) against the Defendant No. 1 and in favour of the Plaintiffs along-with interest @ 18% per annum from 11/03/2015 till its realization. T. Pass a consequential decree of Declaration thereby declaring the CS(OS) 333/2019 Page 3 of 4 This is a digitally signed order. 2. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. 3. Parties have settled the matter and Settlement Agreement dated

16.02.2024 is executed and signed between the parties and the same is placed on record. 4. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement. 5. Court has perused the Settlement Agreement and finds the terms to be lawful. 6. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2024 shall form part of the decree and bind the parties thereto. 7. 8. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. As per the order dated 01.04.2019, Court had directed certain amounts to be deposited in this Court which are lying deposited till date. 9. List before the concerned Joint Registrar on 25.04.2025 for release of the amounts strictly in accordance with the terms of settlement agreement dated 16.02.2024. 10.
