Petitioner filed a suit for recovery in the year 2019. The limited request in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Trial Court may be requested to consider the application moved by the respondent/defendant under Order VII Rule 11 CPC as well as three applications filed by petitioner/plaintiff, expeditiously.
It is submitted that these applications are pending consideration for quite some time.
