These are two petitions filed under Section 34 and Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, respectively. 2. The petitioner in O.M.P.(I)(COMM.) 158/2025, i.e. Smt. Meena Chawla, is the award holder of an award dated 20.03.2025 and seeks This is a digitally signed order. Meena Chawla. 4. During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement. 5. It is agreed that M/s Sdreen India Pvt. Ltd. shall hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the property in dispute, i.e. E-3, Ansal Villas, Village Satbari, New Delhi – 110074 (hereinafter referred to as “Subject Property”) on or before 10.06.2025 to Smt. Meena Chawla. Simultaneously, Smt. Meena Chawla shall hand over a sum of Rs.22,50,000/- being the security deposit by way of demand draft on the said date to Mr. Sikander Behl, Director of the M/s Sdreen India Pvt. Ltd. 6. The said amount of Rs.22,50,000/- shall be in full and final settlement of all claims of parties against each other. 7. On payment of Rs.22,50,000/- and on handing over the possession, there shall be no claims arising, either out of the arbitral award dated 20.03.2025 or any other transaction between the parties whatsoever. The amounts of Rs.52,61,250/- or Rs.7,50,000/- per month as awarded in the award dated 20.03.2025 also shall stand waived. 8. Smt. Meena Chawla and/or her son, namely Mr. Rachit Chawla, shall cooperate and give requisite no-objection certificates/affidavit and statements in Court, as and when required in FIR No. 0326/2022 under This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Sikander Behl has joined through video conferencing mode and Mr. Rachit Chawla is present in Court today on behalf of Smt. Meena Chawla. They have understood the contents, ambit and scope and the order passed today and undertake that M/s Sdreen India Pvt. Ltd. and Smt. Meena Chawla shall remain bound by the same. 11. Any breach on either of the parties shall amount to a violation of the undertaking given in this Court. 12. Mr. Mehta, learned senior counsel for Smt. Meena Chawla, requests that a local commissioner be appointed to visit premises and videograph and inventorise all movable assets as per the Schedule I of the Lease Deed dated 13.06.2019. 13. Hence, Mr. Aditya V. Kundra (Advocate) (Mobile No. 8860023364) is appointed as the Local Commissioner, who shall visit the premises at on 24.05.2025 at 4:30 PM and videograph and inventorise all movable assets as per the Schedule I of the Lease Deed dated 13.06.2019. 14. This fee of the Local Commissioner shall be paid by Smt. Meena Chawla and is fixed at Rs.1.5 lakhs. 15. The Local Commissioner shall again visit the premises on 10.06.2025 This is a digitally signed order.
