File has been placed before me in compliance of orders dated 16.05.2025 and 26.05.2025. Petitioner Sh. Atul Punj has been granted permission to travel abroad by the Hon’ble Court subject to conditions contained in order dated 16.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is giving undertaking for the travel to London, UK, Milan and Florence, Italy, Paris and Nice, France from 20.06.2025 to 11.07.2025. 3. In compliance of order dated 16.05.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Court, petitioner has filed an affidavit-cum-undertaking whereby he has undertaken that he shall abide by the terms contained in the affidavit. He has undertaken that he shall return to the country by 11.07.2025. He has mentioned the complete itinerary including his stay at various stations abroad, residential/hotel addresses and phone number details in compliance of the Court order. It is submitted that This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 19:44:22 the phone number provided would be used by him during his stay abroad, which number will be kept operational at all times. He has also file an undertaking that he shall adhere to the programme mentioned in the affidavit and not visit any other stations. 4. Vide order dated 16.05.2025 the Hon’ble Court has directed to furnish the security of Rs. 05 crores. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that FDR for a sum of Rs. 05 Crores has already been filed and is lying with the registry. 6. As per the report of the registry, FDR for a sum of Rs. 05 Crores is lying with the registry. 7. The FDR is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Registry is directed to send the intimation to the Bank that the said FDR shall not be encashed by the bank without prior permission of this Court. 8. Besides, the petitioner has also furnished a copy of the air tickets that he has purchased for his travel. The petitioner shall be travelling w.e.f. 20.06.2025 to 11.07.2025. 9. In terms of order dated 16.05.2025, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has already filed the original title deeds of the properties bearing survey nos. 130/14, 13015, 129/2 and 128/7 calangute, Bardez Goa (valued at INR 53.89/- Crores), which is in the name of his wife. 10. Learned counsel for petitioner has also filed the undertaking by the petitioner’s wife Mrs. Vasuki Punj stating that she would have no objection in case the aforementioned property is forfeited in the event any of the condition imposed on petitioner are violated. She has also undertaken that she shall not alienate or mortgage the afore-noted property without the permission of the Court. 12. Learned counsel for petitioner has also submits in terms of para 10 (c) that properties in Calangute, Bardez Goa shall not be transferred/alienated nor any third party interests shall be created upon them, during the period of petitioner’s travel abroad. The details of the property have also been filed along with the requisite undertaking. 13. Petitioner is directed that he shall not operate any of his bank account/s in foreign banks during the period that he undertakes to travel abroad. 14. The petitioner has joined the proceedings through virtual mode. He has been duly identified by his counsel. Petitioner affirms that he has signed the undertaking filed before this Court, the details of travel, contact and of his moveable and immovable assets furnished in the Court are true and correct and has also undertaken to be bound by the terms of undertaking and to abide by all the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court for his travel abroad by order dated 16.05.2025. 15. Learned counsel for petitioner has also served the undertaking with relevant documents to the respondents. 16. Petitioner is directed that he shall intimate this Court before leaving and within 72 hours of his return from abroad and also file a self-attested copy of his passport along with copy of his Visa with this Court on his return to India. 17. Considering that the conditions have been complied with by the petitioner, he may travel, as permitted by the Hon’ble Court vide orders dated 16.05.2025 and 26.05.2025.
