This is an Application filed by the Official Liquidator seeking restoration of the present Petition.
Learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that the company was wound up by an order passed by this Court in the year 2003 and thereafter various steps were taken by the office of the Official Liquidator in accordance with law. However, no final order, as is sought under Section 481 of the Companies Act, 1956, for dissolving the company could be passed since the matter thereafter has not been listed and is showing as disposed of in the case history of the present Petition.
