The petitioners have preferred above mentioned six writ petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction/order commanding the respondents to consider the Petitioners for the posts of "Shikshakarmi Grade-I (Computer). 9 10.2 The Hon'ble Court further be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction/order commanding the respondents to provide priority to the Petitioners in further appointment on the post of Computer Teachers/Trainers in the Government Schools where they were posted earlier. 10.3 Any other relief(s), which may deems fit, looking to the facts & circumstances of the case may be given to the petitioners. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of their grievance. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents No.2 to 5 submits that if the representation is filed by the petitioners before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 4. On due consideration, prayer is allowed and learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty as prayed for. 5.
