The applicant has preferred this contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging non-compliance of Order dated 11.9.2024 passed in WPC No.4550 of 2024 (Annexure-C/1).
This Court has passed following order in aforesaid writ petition, which reads as under:-
In the aforementioned facts of the case I find it appropriate to dispose of this petition at this stage directing respondent No.1 to take action and decision on the representation/memo dated 12.12.2023 requesting for constitution of District Level Committee for re-demarcating BINI PRADEEP PRADEEP 2 the land bearing Kh.No.304/2 measuring area admeasuring
0.304 hectares situated at Ghuru, P.H. no. 61, R.I.C. - Sakri, Tahsil Sakri, District Bilaspur, C.G in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of order.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that order under contempt dated 11.9.2024 passed by this Court in WPC No.4550/2024 has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the respondents also conceded the aforesaid facts.
In view of the above contention of both learned counsel for the parties, since order of contempt has been complied with, no case of contempt is made out.
