The instant CRMP No. 2247/2018 filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof admit the 4 petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties in the matter, quash the entire proceedings pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Bilaspur under Case No.222/17 (Shri Devkant Kesri V. The instant CRMP No. 2281/2018 filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof admit the petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties in the matter, quash the entire proceedings pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Bilaspur under Case No.308/17 (Shri Ashish Chavre V. The instant CRMP No. 2290/2018 filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof admit the petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties in the matter, quash the entire proceedings pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Bilaspur under Case No.224/17 (Shri Sanjay Singh V. Mr. Sameer Uraon, counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client is not responding. 8. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the matter due to efÒux of time. Moreover, it transpires from the order sheet that there was no interim order passed in the present case. 9. Accordingly, all the petitions are dismissed on this ground alone.
