17.08.2026 with liberty to file duly constituted fresh petition, subject to depositing an amount of Rs.5000/- as cost payable in Registry of this court and, in turn, the said amount was directed to be transmitted to Government Observation Home, Durg. The counsel for the petitioner would further submit that though the petitioners have filed the present petition i.e. CrMP No.2239, but failed to pay the cost as ordered by this court vide order dated 17.08.2026 and she undertakes that she will pay the cost, as ordered, during the course of day itself. The prayer is allowed. Let the said amount of Rs.5000/- as ordered by this court on 17.08.2026, be deposited by the petitioners during the course of day itself before the Registry of this court and, in turn, the said amount is directed to be transmitted to Government Observation Home, Durg.
