By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:

(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records with regard to the FIR bearing Crime No. 65/2022 registered at Police Station- Basantpur, District- Balrampur- Ramanujganj (C.G.) (ii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing Crime No. 65/2022 registered at Police Station- Basantpur, District- Basantpur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the commission of offence which is punishable under Sections 341, 294, 323, 394, 384, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. (iii) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. (iv) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioners, in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has rendered infructuous as the charge-sheet has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
